Terms of service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These terms apply to MoriDeck, Photomori, Vectormori, Pixelmori, Documori, Slidemori, Flipmori, Wavemori and Videomori, including MoriDeck accounts, cloud storage and online features. MoriDeck is an Australian business. By using a MoriDeck service, you agree to these terms.

Using MoriDeck

You may use MoriDeck for personal, educational or business work. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and supervise your use. If you use MoriDeck for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Give us accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Team managers control membership, permissions, billing and shared files for their team.

Your files and content

You keep ownership of the files, prompts, designs and other content you create or upload. When you choose cloud storage, sharing, collaboration or another online feature, MoriDeck needs limited permission to handle your content so that feature can work. For that purpose only, you give MoriDeck a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display the content as needed to provide, secure and support the feature you chose. “Worldwide” only reflects that MoriDeck and its service providers may process content in more than one country; it does not broaden the purposes for which we can use it. We will not use your content to train any AI model, create or target advertising, promote MoriDeck, or display it publicly unless you deliberately use a feature that shares or publishes it that way. We will otherwise display or deliver it only to you, to people you choose through a sharing or collaboration feature, and to service providers as needed to provide the feature. This permission lasts while the content is stored with us, plus a reasonable period for backups and legal requirements. It does not give us ownership or permission to use your content for an unrelated purpose. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, process or share.

Use the services responsibly

Do not use MoriDeck, its accounts or online features to:

  • break the law or help someone else break it;
  • infringe privacy, copyright or other rights, or process content when you do not have permission;
  • create, upload or share malware, exploitative material, threats, fraud or content intended to harm someone;
  • gain unauthorised access, test or bypass security without written permission, or interfere with other users;
  • evade usage limits, abuse credits, overload the services, or resell access to an online feature without our written agreement.

Online, AI and connected services

Some features send content to MoriDeck or a third-party service for processing, storage, payment, sign-in or delivery. When you connect or use a third-party service, its terms may also apply. AI and automated results can be incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected, so review results before relying on them. You decide whether a feature and its output are suitable for your work.

Paid features, subscriptions and credits

Checkout shows the price, currency, billing period and any taxes before you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel it. You can cancel renewal from the Billing page; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Plan credit allowances do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire, are not cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. A feature shows its credit cost before use where practical. You may request a self-service refund while every credit in a purchased pack remains unused. If a subscription price changes, we will give reasonable notice before the new price applies to a later renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling a subscription stops its next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after that period begins because service capacity and third-party costs may be committed immediately. If you ask promptly and our records show that no paid feature, plan credit or paid storage was used during that billing period, we may approve a full refund. If a paid service was materially unavailable for a substantial part of the period, we may provide a proportional credit or refund. We assess these requests fairly based on actual use and the circumstances. These rules do not limit any refund or remedy required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Changes and availability

We may update, add or remove features and may sometimes need to limit a service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. For a significant adverse change to a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where practical and let you cancel. If we discontinue a prepaid service before the end of its paid period, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by law.

MoriDeck software and branding

MoriDeck owns or licenses the apps, website, software, branding and related materials. These terms give you a limited right to use the services through the interfaces we provide. They do not transfer our intellectual property to you. Except where the law allows it, do not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or remove ownership notices from the services. MoriDeck does not claim ownership of your files or creative output.

Closing or suspending access

You may stop using MoriDeck and close your account. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service or others, comply with law, respond to non-payment, or address a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to fix it. We may end an account if the issue is not fixed or cannot safely be fixed. Export files you need before closing an account. Our Privacy policy explains deletion and retention.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded, MoriDeck is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make additional promises that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoriDeck is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the services. This limitation does not apply to loss that was reasonably foreseeable and resulted from MoriDeck failing to comply with a right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

You should keep an independent, up-to-date backup of important files. Browser recovery, cloud storage, syncing and version history are convenience features and are not substitutes for a backup you control. To the extent the law permits, MoriDeck is not responsible for loss that could reasonably have been avoided by keeping such a backup, or for loss caused by your content or instructions, unauthorised activity you caused or allowed, or events outside our reasonable control. We are also not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you started using the relevant service. These limits do not apply where MoriDeck caused the loss through conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the suite and the law change. We will show the updated date here. For a material change, we will give reasonable notice through the website, an app or email where appropriate. The change will apply from the stated date and will not rewrite a completed purchase. If you do not agree, you can stop using the affected service and cancel any renewal before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and MoriDeck submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts that hear appeals from them.
